Welcome to Code Hero Academy. By accessing our website or enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Code Hero Academy provides coding and robotics education, SAT preparation, and professional training courses. Services are offered both in-person at our Alpharetta, GA location and online.

3. Registration and Enrollment

• Accurate information must be provided during registration
• Parents or guardians must register students under 18
• Enrollment is subject to class availability and payment completion
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

4. Payment Terms

• All fees are due at the time of enrollment unless otherwise agreed
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy (see below)

5. Refund Policy

• Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before class start date
• 50% refund if cancelled within 7 days of class start
• No refund after classes have begun
• Trial class fees are non-refundable
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing

6. Attendance and Conduct

• Regular attendance is expected for optimal learning outcomes
• Missed classes may not be refunded or credited
• Students are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors and peers
• We reserve the right to dismiss students for disruptive behavior

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, curriculum, and content are the intellectual property of Code Hero Academy. Students may use materials for personal learning but may not redistribute, sell, or share materials without permission.

8. Photography and Media

We may take photographs or videos during classes for promotional purposes. By enrolling, you consent to the use of such media unless you opt out in writing.

9. Liability Limitations

• Code Hero Academy is not responsible for personal items brought to classes
• We maintain appropriate liability insurance for our facilities
• Parents/guardians are responsible for transportation to and from classes
• We are not liable for technical issues during online sessions beyond our control

10. Online Learning Terms

For online classes:

• Students must have appropriate equipment and internet connection
• Recording of online sessions without permission is prohibited
• Students should participate in a quiet, distraction-free environment
• Technical support will be provided on a best-effort basis

11. Health and Safety

For in-person classes:

• Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs
• Students who are ill should not attend class
• Emergency contact information must be kept up to date

12. Website Use

• Our website is for informational purposes and registration
• You agree not to misuse or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• We are not responsible for third-party content linked from our site

13. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
